Paula and Josh - Another Winter family photos at the Denver Botanic Garden
I photographed Paula's friend's family, Bridget, a few days ago (Bridget & Rob). After seeing Bridget's photos, Paula wanted similar photos for her family. The snow has melted quite a bit, but there is still plenty covering the ground. 50+ F in December, got to love Colorado! What a beautiful family. Everyone in the family has such beautiful eyes.

Bridget and Rob - Winter family photos at the Denver Botanic Garden
Bridget and Rob are the parents of two adorable little boys. Even though they are separated, they still take family photos with the boys together. I thought that was very cool of them. We were at the Denver Botanic Garden right when they opened, and it seemed like we were the only guests there. The ground was covered with 18" of fresh snow from the the day before. The sun was out and the sky was blue, but it was very cold. We managed to take a few awesome photos before the boys turned into icicles!

Sarah and David - Family photo on a freezing cold day - Denver, Colorado
Sarah and David wanted a few photos for their Christmas card. It had been snowing for the past few days, and the forecast was not looking good. It was supposed to be in the low 20s with an 80% chance of snow, but we planned the shoot anyway. It probably helps that they are from Michigan. It was freezing cold, but the sky was blue. Usually this spot is filled with other professional photographers, but the clod weather must have kept them away. It turned out to be perfect weather for a Christmas shoot. Thanks Sarah and David for being troopers!
